ShoppingParks is initiated and managed by Freeland Partners BV. On behalf of the latter directors of ShoppingParks are Frans Bakker and Martijn Burghout. Supporting services are provided under responsibility and for account of Freeland Partners by Freeland Corporate Advisors NV, an affiliated company. The company has a Supervisory Board which monitors the management of the company and its operations. The members of the Board function independently. The articles of association prescribe that management decisions involving commitments in excess of € 5 million require prior approval of the Supervisory Board.
